All the items that we sell are from Transcend one of the largest memory card suppliers and therefore most have a lifetime warranty or at least 5 years warranty. We will only process refunds if the memory card is damaged upon receipt or if there is a technical problem with the card upon reciept. We will not give refunds if you have purchased the incorrect card although you may exchange the memory card for the one you require. We can only exchange a product if the packaging is unopened.It is advised that you register your product with the manufacturer when you recieve it to benefit from the manufacturers warranty Transcend offer a lifetime warranty on most products.
